How customer data is protected in our hosted services, and how the platform helps your projects meet their own requirements.

Data in our hosted services

The IDE, SDLC Portal, My Account and development runtimes are hosted on Amazon Web Services, in US and EU regions.
We don’t use your content, prompts or outputs to train AI models.
Models we provide run through Amazon Bedrock. According to AWS, model providers don’t receive your prompts or outputs.
Production runtimes run on your own infrastructure and send us no data.

Security and compliance mechanisms are built into the platform and shared by every solution on it.

Projects built on Omnitep have been delivered under ISO/IEC 27001 / SOC 2 requirements. The requirements belong to each project and its client; the platform provides the security and compliance mechanisms that help meet them.
